Return & Exchange Policy

At ChristmasStockings.ie, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, and we are here to assist you in case of any issues with your order. If, by any chance, an error occurs in your order, please accept our sincere apologies. Contact us upon receipt, and we'll promptly address the matter to ensure your satisfaction. Any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery of the package.

For unwanted items, we offer a hassle-free return process. Simply return your item within 28 days of receipt, provided it remains unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the item is in a re-sellable condition, excluding personalised goods, as mentioned below. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the items are securely packaged. Failure to return items as per our requirements may result in us being unable to process your refund.

Regarding personalised goods, such as items customised with names, in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), they are non-returnable. Please take this into consideration before personalising any items.

For all returns, please request an RNA number by emailing our customer services team at help@christmasstockings.ie. Be sure to clearly indicate this number on the outside of the packaging before returning the parcel. We recommend using a tracking service through your local An Post office or a trusted courier company to ensure secure delivery.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds or be held responsible for missing goods. We encourage you to retain proof of postage when returning items.
