SHIPPING POLICY

At ChristmasStockings.ie, we take great care to ensure the timely delivery of your orders through our trusted carriers, DPD (National and EU) and An Post (International - non EU).
Orders placed before 3:00 pm GMT are typically produced and shipped on the next working day.

Please ensure all details provided during checkout are accurate and complete. Any errors or omissions may result in delivery delays or mis-shipments. In such cases, any additional costs or risks arising from incorrect information — including fees for address corrections — will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive damaged items or experience any issues during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your dispatch confirmation, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Once a parcel has been confirmed as delivered by DPD, An Post, or any other courier, ChristmasStockings.ie cannot accept responsibility for its security thereafter. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address.

Deliveries within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are made via DPD’s next working day service from the date of collection.

EU and International deliveries typically take 3 – 15 business days, depending on your location and your country’s customs procedures.

We are pleased to offer international shipping. However, please note that the customer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, or additional fees imposed by their home country or local postal system. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and, in some cases, your parcel may be held until such fees are paid.
