SHIPPING POLICY

At ChristmasStockings.ie, we take great care in ensuring the timely delivery of your orders with the help of trusted carriers, DPD, and An Post, both offering tracked parcel services. For orders placed before 12:00 noon GMT, we aim to produce and ship them on the next working day.

To provide an even faster option for deliveries within the Republic of Ireland, we offer the Guaranteed Next Working Day service, handled through An Post express parcel service. When you choose this service before 2:00 pm, we prioritise fast-tracking the production to ensure next working day delivery. However, during promotions and leading up to Christmas, our dispatch time may extend to two working days due to increased order volumes.

We kindly remind you that any inaccuracies, incomplete, or misleading information provided during the order placement may result in erroneous shipments. In such cases, any additional costs and risks incurred due to the incorrect information will be solely borne by you. Moreover, any fees incurred for address corrections during attempted delivery will also be charged to your account.

If you receive damaged products or encounter any issues during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your dispatch confirmation, and we'll promptly assist you.

Once DPD/An Post or other courier services confirm the delivery of a package, we cannot be held responsible for its security thereafter. Please be aware of this to ensure prompt receipt of your orders.

For deliveries within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, DPD/An Post offers a 1-2 day delivery service. For international orders, please allow a delivery time of 3-15 business days, depending on your location and your country's customs procedures.

As a result of shipping implications arising from Brexit, we regret to inform you that we no longer offer delivery to England, Scotland, and Wales.

While we strive to make your shopping experience smooth, we want to inform you that ChristmasStockings.ie will not be liable for any import taxes, additional duties, surcharges, or fees imposed by your country or local postal system in addition to your shipping charge. In such cases, your package may be held until the final payment of these fees is made.
